Melissa Fisher has experience of $153 Million worth of Property Deals, some of which she details in her latest book – The Truth About Making Money From Property.
Outside of developing Melissa is well known for her many incredible adventures – you might find her climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, driving a B-Double down an open highway, using her commercial pilots licence to fly a jet, taking her beloved Mustang for a spin around a racetrack or sipping a gin or two at her own brewery!
When Melissa is not busy developing she keeps busy in many other ways – going on safari in Africa, horse riding adventures, fishing in remote parts of Australia or simply enjoying a quality glass of red at her own cellar door.
Melissa has a knack for bringing out the best in people. She enjoys using her multitude of experiences in creative ways to teach others how to think outside the box and see opportunities that other people don’t. Melissa gives back in many ways, whether it’s high level coaching for her property students, writing books to share her extensive development knowledge, helping to build communities in Cambodia or even using her commercial pilots licence to take to the skies for charity events and give sick kids the thrill of their lives.
As if all of this isn’t enough to keep her busy, she has also used her first hand experience in property development to delve into the world of software development and take on the challenge of creating the number one platform for anyone involved in the property industry.
Melissa has an eye and a talent to visualize and achieve the impossible, and has a financial and business restructure background, working within many industries, from hospitality, construction, building and transport.
With over 25 years of business experience she has a solid understanding of whats possible and what challenges may arise.
Melissa leads a solid team on all projects believing that teamwork and communication are paramount. She has undertaken small and complex projects from subdivision, strata, signage, storage, commercial renovations, business real estate and construction locally, throughout Victoria and Interstate.
Melissa also mentors others and coaches students in both real estate strategies and personal development.
